The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The sky bar provided a beautiful setting with great drinks.

the staff greeted me warmly, i received great service from housekeeping and the front desk, everything was excellent. i was always greeted with smiles. the room was spacious. cleanliness was well maintained, my stay felt special.

The ac could have been more effective. i found the room a bit too cold even with it running. i asked for another blanket for my second night. They forgot. they then sent one that was filthy and torn, i found that disgusting.

the location was near the train station, convenient for transport links

the room i stayed in had some noticeable issues the shower leaked constantly and this wasn't fixed the lighting in the room was also poor, it made the space feel quite dark and unwelcoming there wasn't much closet space either, not really suitable for the room size
